Barton Springs Pool Bathhouse
We restored every steel window in Austin's beloved 1947 bathhouse, fabricating new metal sections where rust had eaten through, then finished with Tnemec high-performance industrial coating and reconditioned the original hardware.

Uptown Sports
Aaron Franklin's restaurant took over a forgotten East Austin building instead of tearing it down. We restored all of the windows and the front-facing doors, keeping the building's industrial character intact.

Martindale Motor Company Building
Built in 1924 as a Hupmobile dealership, this was the only two-story building in Martindale, and it was near demolition when work began. We salvaged and restored 10 original windows for the front façade and fabricated period-accurate replicas for every remaining opening.

Full wood window restoration throughout this historically significant Belton church, recognized by Preservation Texas's Texas Rural African American Heritage program. City of Belton held a ribbon-cutting ceremony following project completion.

Wittliff Building / Encino Press — 510 Baylor
Complete window restoration throughout this historic Austin building, which now houses a law firm on one half. Where originals were too far gone to save, we fabricated replicas matched to the existing windows.
East 6th Street — 5-Building Storefront Restoration
We restored five separate historic storefronts along East 6th Street, keeping the corridor's original feel while the buildings were upgraded for new tenants. A district-scale project with one of Austin's leading developers.
Sixth & Blanco
We're restoring all of the original historic storefronts for this 2.5-acre mixed-use development in Clarksville. Currently under construction.
UT Austin Main Building — Tower Restoration
First-floor exterior door restoration on the UT Tower's first major restoration since 1937. We're building new replica doors in quarter sawn white oak and restoring the existing originals. Under scaffolding through summer 2027.
Keystone School — Brown Building
Large-scale double-hung window restoration on this San Antonio campus building, part of a $3 million transformation with Pugh Construction.
Stephenson Building
