Our Work
Commercial landmarks. Historic homes. Irreplaceable details saved from demolition. Here's a look at some of what we've had the privilege of working on across Central Texas.
Completed
Full steel window restoration on Austin's beloved 1947 bathhouse — every steel window in the building. Significant metal fabrication to save heavily rusted sections, Tnemec high-performance industrial coating, and complete original hardware restoration.
Completed
Aaron Franklin's new restaurant concept took a forgotten East Austin building and brought it back to life rather than tearing it down. We restored all windows and front-facing doors, preserving the authentic industrial character of the structure.
Completed
Originally built in 1924 as a Hupmobile dealership, this was the only two-story building in Martindale — and near demolition when work began. We salvaged and restored 10 original windows for the front façade, and fabricated period-accurate historic replicas for every remaining opening.
Completed
Full wood window restoration throughout this historically significant Belton church, recognized by Preservation Texas's Texas Rural African American Heritage program. City of Belton held a ribbon-cutting ceremony following project completion.
Completed
Complete window restoration throughout this historic Austin building, which now houses a law firm on one half. Where originals were too far gone to save, we fabricated historic replicas precisely matching the existing windows — a full restore-and-replicate scope.
Completed
Restored five separate historic building storefronts along East 6th Street, preserving the authentic feel of the corridor while enabling higher-end tenants. A district-scale preservation project with one of Austin's leading developers.
Restoring all original historic storefronts for this landmark 2.5-acre mixed-use development in Clarksville, designed by one of the world's most prestigious architectural firms. Currently under construction.
First-floor exterior door restoration on the iconic UT Tower's first meaningful restoration since 1937. New replica doors in Quarter Sawn White Oak plus historic restoration of existing doors. Currently under scaffolding through summer 2027.

Large-scale double-hung window restoration on this significant San Antonio campus building as part of a $3 million transformation. Working with Pugh Construction on one of the city's most notable recent commercial preservation investments.
Restoration of a one-of-a-kind historic folding door system — the kind of technically complex scope most contractors won't touch. Working with QA Construction on this $4.89M municipal renovation in Dripping Springs.
